What: Acoustic JamboreEaster to Support Local Food Pantry

 

Description: Local musicians of all ages will join together at Bill’s Bar & Lounge on Lansdowne Street in Boston for a canned food drive to benefit Bread of Life food pantry in Malden. Live music will be performed by Bourbon Chasers, Connect Four, Zack Bolles Family, Sam Chetkin, Bob Greenman, Fat Dog feat. Brian Burrill and Nate Watkins, Calvin Mausteller, Screaming Sushi, Kaylee Federmann and Dylan Cohen.

 

When: Sunday, March 25; 4pm-8pm

 

Cost: Donate canned food for discounted entry. 

$5 with minimum of 5 Canned Goods ( see list below ) $10 without donation. Children under 12 are free.

About the Musicians

Connect Four

Straight outta WellesleyRocks.com comes a merger of MLB All-Stars and members of Catalyst. Shira Doron, Heidi DeLollis, Tino DeLollis, and Patrick Hayden (along with regular guest Sarah Bua on violin) play some of the greatest songs and B-Sides from the last 30 years.  An emphasis on harmonies, fun, and great songs you know or will be looking up on iTunes when you get home.

Sam Chetkin

Sam Chetkin currently goes to MVMMS and has taken guitar for 7 years and vocal lessons for 3 years. He has performed musicals with the Melrose Drama Club and recently performed the title role in the WYRT production of Shrek.

Bob Greenman

Bob Greenman is a singer/song-writer whose songs tell a story.  His influences include alt-country, Americana, and blues artists.  His repertoire is occasionally infused with a cover or two by the artists who have influenced him. 

Screaming Sushi

Screaming Sushi was created in 2012 and has played many events including the Upham Ice Cream Social, Wickerstock, and Dodgefest. They were featured on Fox 25 News in 2013 when they played an original song, “Santa's Got the Music”. The band is made up of Jadon (14), Ronen (12) and Nicholas (14)

Calvin Vaughn Mausteller, currently attending Berklee College of Music, has been playing guitar since he was 8 years old, and at 19, is a singer-songwriter with many live performances under his belt, from open mics and solo showcases around the greater Boston area to a spot on NPR. Calvin performs his original music and modern rock covers with unaffected purity.

Canned pastas, soups, meals, stews, ham, potatoes, jelly, juice, mayo tubes, grocery store gift certificates… While boxed items will be graciously accepted, canned goods are prefered for storage and shipping issues.
